Everyone welcome to take park in churchyard tidying. Please wear old clothes and gloves and if possible bring small gardening tools

Christian Aid Week

Please support the following events if you can:

Sunday, May 13: Ecumenical service at St George's Church in Fordington on from 4pm. Guest speaker at the event will be Rev John Plant, a Christian Aid national church relations manager.

Wednesday, May 16: Christian Aid market at the United Church in Dorchester from 9.45am until 1.45pm. There will be stalls, coffee, tea and lunch and it will be officially opened by the Mayor of Dorchester

Friday, May 18 Christian Aid street collection on South Street from 9am until 5pm.

An exhibition of the social history of marriage

Come and see wedding dresses and memorabilia spanning nine decades

Enjoy a delicious cream tea and other refreshments

Thy Kingdom Come

Ten days of intentional prayer and worship between Ascension and Pentecost.

Concluding with a Thy Kingdom Come Team Service of Choral Evensong at St Peter's Church on Sunday 20th May 2018 at 6pm followed by a party. All Welcome!

From the Team’s Safeguarding Review Group

The email below was sent to all diocese from the National Communications Team it should be brought to the attention of congregations. By making as many people as possible aware of the study it is hoped they will get a good response and ensure the validity of the research. While we have not been given a timescale for completing the survey, I would think it will still be possible to complete it during June.
