On Thursday 11 March it was dark, it was cold, it was SNOWING! And were the PYGs tucked up somewhere nice and warm? No, with a change to the programme, we had decided to go on a Chip Shop Survey in Dorchester. We had planned to visit at least four chip shops, with the possibility of a fifth, but by the end of three we were all ready for warmth and hot chocolate.

We split into three teams for the purpose of the survey, and ordered two large portions from each shop.

We visited All Things Chicken, Case and Brewer, and Peter Pan. We gave marks out of ten. It was a closely run contest but coming first with 109 out of 120 was Peter Pan, second was All Things Chicken with 93 points and third was Case and Brewer with 88.

We decided we all enjoyed the evening but would like to do it again in the Summer!
